Rt. Hon. Margaret Nantongo Zziwa Babu is a distinguished politician and legislator. She served as the Speaker of the 3rd East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, she was a Member of Parliament representing Kampala District and was part of the Constituent Assembly that drafted Uganda’s 1995 Constitution.

Established under the Lotteries and Gaming Act No. 7 of 2016, our mandate is simple yet impactful: to create a fair, transparent, and well-regulated gaming environment that benefits the nation while protecting Ugandans from the adverse effects of gaming.
