The National Lottery is an exclusive license conducted by or on behalf of the Minister responsible for finance with the view of raising funds for a purpose defined by the Minister.
Public lotteries are conducted by registered institutions and organizations to raise funds for charitable purposes under Section 24 of the Act. It is conducted in the public’s interest and for no private gain for a period determined by the Board.

This category covers persons providing software used remotely or directly in connection with gaming or betting or any game which affects the results of a wager by determining a win or loss.
This covers persons operating and making available for use gaming or betting machines/slot machines in premises. This does not apply to any games offered online.
This category refers to gaming or betting machines/equipment manufactured, installed, stored and is for supply.
