The National Lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board (‘The Board’’) was established in 2016 under the Lotteries and Gaming Act Cap 334 with a mandate to supervise and regulate the establishment, management and operations of the lotteries, gaming, betting and casinos in Uganda, and to protect the citizens from the adverse effects of gaming and betting in Uganda.

The Board invites Online job applications from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill vacant positions that exist at the Board’s Regional Offices located in Mbarara, Gulu and Mbale as listed below,

Job purpose
To provide administrative support services
Key duties and responsibilities
- Dispatch, deliver, pick, and register, mail and documents to and from organizational stakeholders in accordance with the organizational policy.
- Supervise the cleaning service provider to ensure that office premises are always maintained clean.
- Ensure that meeting rooms are kept clean and sanitized before and after meetings.
- Ensure the pantry is always organized and tidy.
- Prepare and serve tea to staff as per administrative arrangements.
- Maintain an accurate register for staff lunch.
- Ensure that kitchen appliances are maintained in good working condition.
- Maintain an inventory of utensils and kitchen appliances.
