Ms. Adrine Otunga is the Legal Manager at the National Lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board (NLGRB) and a seasoned legal professional with over eight years of experience in legal compliance, corporate governance, corporate and commercial law, enforcement, and dispute resolution.

An Advocate of the High Court of Uganda, Ms. Adrine holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Makerere University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The Law Development Centre and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Makerere University. In her current role, she provides strategic legal guidance on governance, compliance, regulatory frameworks, and risk management.

With a strong foundation in both public and private sector legal practice, Ms. Adrine has previously served as a Senior Legal Officer, Supervisor Enforcement and Legal Associate, where she supported the implementation of enforcement strategies and advised on complex legal matters. She brings a proactive, results-driven approach to legal advisory, policy development, and dispute resolution, contributing significantly to the Board’s regulatory mandate.
