Ms. Alicia M Atukunda is the Senior Manager Licensing and Responsible Gaming of NLGRB. She is law professional with an LLB from University of Dar es salaam, Tanzania (UDSM) and an LLM in Gaming law and Regulation from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada (UNLV) in the United States of America.

Alicia is also an associate member and a certified Anit-Money Laundering Specialist from the International Compliance Association in the United Kingdom.

Alicia has years of experience within the gaming industry working for gaming consultancy firms, casinos such as the Las Vegas Sands properties and renowned Sports Betting Operator William Hill within their legal and compliance departments. She has also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Uganda within their Deals line of Service focusing on forensics and financial crime services.
