Ms. Tibeita serves as the Manager, Licensing and Responsible Gaming. She is responsible for overseeing and managing the licensing function and ensuring that licensing activities are conducted efficiently, transparently, and in full compliance with legislation, policies, and regulatory standards. She is also responsible for the implementation of responsible gambling strategies and initiatives.

Ms. Tibeita is a seasoned legal professional with over 9 years of experience in Strategic Legal advisory, Legislation and Policy Review, Contract and Agreement implementation and Review, Governance and Risk as well as Dispute Resolution and Litigation.

She holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Liverpool John Moores, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development center and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Makerere University Kampala.
She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the East African Law society and the Uganda Law society.
