TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF INDEPENDENT TESTING LABORATORIES
Sections 36, 37 and 38 of the Lotteries and Gaming Act, 2016 provide that the Board may establish a national register of gaming and betting machines and devices, determine and set standards in respect of the manufacture, supply, installation, adaption, maintenance or repair of gaming or betting machine
PROVISION OF SUPPLIES AND RELATED SERVICES UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT
The Uganda Government has allocated funds to National Lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board to be used for the acquisition of supplies and related services under framework contract for 18 months.
