Dispute Resolution

The Board is mandated by the law to receive, investigate and arbtrate or take appropriate action incase of complaints relating to lotteries, Gaming, Betting or Casinos. A complainant must lodge a formal complaint with the Board which is then delt with in accordance with the law.
